Automations that hold up, integrations that don't drift.
Automation and integration is the work of removing the manual re-typing, copy-paste, and end-of-week reconciliation that quietly consumes your operations team. The outcome is a set of workflows that are documented, monitored, and owned, so when something breaks someone knows within an hour instead of at the next month-end.
How we run it
Four phases, applied to this practice
Phase 1
Discovery & Audit
We shadow the humans doing the work in intake, billing, HR, and matter opening, and inventory every handoff that is currently a copy-paste or a Monday-morning reconciliation. We name the top ten by hours saved and error risk.
Phase 2
Architecture & Design
We design each automation on paper first: source of truth, trigger, transformation, destination, failure mode, and who gets the alert. Only then do we choose the tool: Zapier, Make, Salesforce Flow, Power Automate, or a purpose-built script.
Phase 3
Build, Integrate & Automate
We build the automations with error handling, retries, and observability built in from the first version. Every automation lands with a one-page runbook and a named operational owner on your side.
Phase 4
Train, Measure & Refine
We train the owners, set up the monitoring dashboard, and revisit every automation at 30, 60, and 90 days to catch the ones that quietly stopped firing. Anything below its usage threshold gets retired on purpose.

FAQ
Questions we answer often
Which automation platforms do you build on?
Zapier and Make for most cross-SaaS work, Salesforce Flow and Power Automate inside those ecosystems, and TypeScript or Python where the logic is too complex or the volume is too high for a low-code tool. We choose the tool workflow by workflow.
What happens when an automation breaks?
Every automation ships with error routing. A human owner gets an alert with the failing payload, and there is a documented recovery path. Silent failure is the one thing we treat as a shipping defect.
Do you replace our RPA vendor or ETL platform?
Not by default. If you already have UiPath, Fivetran, or similar in place and it is working, we build on top of it. We only propose a replacement when the running cost or fragility is measurably a problem.
How do you keep automations from becoming another kind of technical debt?
Every workflow has a named owner, a runbook, and a quarterly review. When a platform changes or a process moves, automations that stop earning their keep get retired on purpose rather than left running.
Can you connect legacy systems that don't have modern APIs?
Usually yes. Options include a middleware layer, a scheduled export/import job, or a purpose-built connector. We prefer the boring option that survives an unattended weekend.
